TERMS & CONDITIONS – £50 AMAZON VOUCHER GIVEAWAY

1. Promoter
   This competition is run by Unitas Wholesale (“the Promoter”).
   
2. Competition Period
   The competition opens at 00:01 on 6 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 6 August 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
   
3. Eligibility
   The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may not enter.
   
4. How to Enter
   To enter the competition, participants must:

• Scan the QR code on the flyer
• Follow the Local Living Instagram account
• Send a photo/image of the flyer via direct message or through the entry form provided

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

5. Entry Requirements
   Entries must be genuine and completed in full. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, fraudulent, automated or duplicate entries.
   
6. Prize
   One winner will receive a £50 Amazon voucher. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
7. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
   
8. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted via social media or email within 7 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
   
9. Publicity
   By entering the competition, the winner agrees that their first name and/or social media handle may be used in promotional announcements relating to the competition.
   
10. Data Protection
    Any personal information provided will only be used for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
    
11. Liability
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
    
12. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
