2. The prize draw will close at 23:59 on Sunday 20^th April 2025. All entries after the competition closing date will not be eligible to win.
   
3. All fields within the online form are mandatory and must be completed to enter the prize draw.
   
4. Only one entry per individual will be counted.
   
5. This prize promotion is open to customers of Unitas members only who are residents of England, Wales or Scotland only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, employees of Unitas Wholesale member wholesalers, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
   
6. Winners will be selected at random. The decision will be made under independent supervision and the decision is final. Unitas Wholesale, their agents or suppliers will not enter any correspondence.
   
7. We offer no cash alternatives for non-cash prizes.
   
8. Winners will be contacted directly via email within 14 days of the closing date.
   
9. Failure to receive a response from the winner within 7 days of the initial contact being made will result in their exclusion from the prize draw and a new winner being selected from the entries.
   
10. By entering you agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this competition.
    
11. By entering you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    
12. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the promotion (including altering prizes) due to circumstances outside their control. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, (with the value being determined by an independent third party appointed by the Promoter) if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of any change to the prize.
    
13. The Promoter and its suppliers and contractors will not transfer or sell information about the entrants and winners. Personal data will only be used for the purpose of contacting entrants and winners in relation to this Promotion.
    
14. The Promoter is not responsible for third party acts or omissions.
