Unitas continually supports its employees through many learning and development opportunities and on 18th April, four members of the Unitas central team attended the FWD Wholesale Stars Skills, Training and Apprenticeship Awards in The House of Commons.
The awards celebrate and reward colleagues who are investing in developing their skills though apprenticeships, training or academic study, with the support of their employer, and the FWD invited its members to select members of their team who have taken on training and career development in the past two years to attend the awards and to be recognised for their achievements. The effort these individuals have put into learning new skills and the investment from Unitas has benefited Unitas members and suppliers with the development of new systems and processes that have driven efficiencies for all parties.
The awards were not competitive, and all nominees were invited the to House of Commons to receive their award and meet ministers and MPs.
Congratulations to Ashleigh Cheetham, Rachel Stanley, Helen Fotherby, Sally-Ann Robinson and Callum Atkinson for being awarded.
